Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Executive in the construction chemicals segment, located in Bilaspur. The Area Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding project requirements, and delivering customized chemical solutions. Daily tasks will include identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, meeting sales targets, conducting client visits, preparing proposals, and providing technical support to ensure client satisfaction. Additionally, the role will require collaboration with internal teams to align customer needs with suitable solutions.
Qualifications
- Sales and Relationship Management skills, including the ability to build strong client relationships and achieve targets
- Knowledge of Construction Chemicals and the ability to provide technical solutions that meet project-specific requirements
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills to effectively engage clients and stakeholders
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making capabilities with an analytical approach to understanding client challenges
- Self-motivation, time management, and the ability to work independently in client-facing roles
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Relevant experience in sales or the construction chemicals industry is highly advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
