Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Executive in Neo Foods division based in New Delhi. The Area Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing distributor relationships, increasing market penetration, and overseeing secondary sales. The role includes planning and executing sales promotion activities, monitoring market trends, and ensuring product availability within the assigned territory. The Area Sales Executive will also gather market intelligence and work collaboratively with teams to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in sales, distribution management, and territory management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for market analysis, forecasting, and planning
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools for sales tracking and reporting
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Previous experience in the FMCG sector or similar industries is a strong advantage
