Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Assistant Sales Manager. The responsibilities include achieving sales targets, building and maintaining relationships with clients, analyzing market trends, and identifying business growth opportunities. The role also involves managing sales operations, creating sales reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of business strategies. The Area Sales Executive will work extensively in the designated region to meet organizational and customer requirements.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated abilities in sales, business development, and account management
- Proven negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong market analysis and strategic planning capabilities
- Minimum 5 years experience in Sales or Business Development
- Experience in Builders, Architects and Interior designer is must.
- Experience in Switches, Switchgear and lighting business or related industries is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
