The Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and well-networked Sales & Marketing Professional to drive our B2B wholesale distribution. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the plywood and panel industry, with the ability to secure bulk project orders and expand our dealer network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure high-volume supply contracts with commercial builders, contractors, and real estate developers.
- Build and maintain strong, profitable relationships with leading architects and interior designers to ensure our premium plywood brands (Civic & Wenmark) are specified in their projects.
- Expand the wholesale dealer and distributor network across targeted regions.
- Conduct regular market analysis, track competitor activity, and develop targeted B2B sales strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial site visits and product presentations to negotiation and order fulfillment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of proven sales experience specifically in the Plywood, MDF, Laminates, or broader wood industry.
- A strong, active network of industry contacts (Architects, Interior Designers, and Builders) is mandatory.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and B2B presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet aggressive sales targets, and handle high-volume wholesale accounts.
- Willingness to travel for field sales and site visits.
