Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bhubaneswar for an Area Sales Executive. In this role, the candidate will identify and develop new business opportunities, manage regional sales activities, and establish strong relationships with clients. The candidate will prepare sales forecasts, meet revenue targets, and devise strategies to promote the company's products and services. Coordination with the marketing and operations teams will be essential to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills to drive revenue growth and achieve targets
- Capability to build and maintain strong client relationships with effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of industrial weighing solutions, automation systems, and related technologies is preferred
- Time-management and organizational skills to handle multiple accounts and meet deadlines
- Experience in preparing sales reports, analyzing market trends, and enhancing sales strategies
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Educational background in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a similar field
- Experience in industrial sectors or B2B sales is advantageous
- Proactive, target-driven, and able to work independently to achieve business objectives
- Fluency in English and local language is essential
