Role Description
The Area Sales Executive will oversee sales operations in the assigned region, focusing on increasing revenue and market share. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with distributors and retailers, developing effective sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and ensuring the successful execution of marketing campaigns. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore, requiring regular travel within the designated territory.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, territory management, or FMCG industry exposure.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in market analysis and implementing sales strategies to meet objectives.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Working knowledge of market trends and customer behavior in the personal care and FMCG sectors.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office applications.
- Ability to work on-site in Indore and travel during work as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; prior work in FMCG will be an advantage.
