Job Role: Area Sales Executive
Experience: 3+ Years in Sales in any industry
CTC: 5.50 LPA + Incentive
Location: Chennai
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve business targets.
- Develop sales strategies to drive growth in the assigned area.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of sales goals.
Ideal Profile:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in BFSI Sales
- Strong team building and leadership skills
- Ability to recruit, train, and manage a sales team
- Graduation mandatory (any discipline)
- Age: 26 to 48 years
