Experience: 4 to 8 years of experience in on-field sales.
Industry Background: Must be coming from top FMCG
Specialized Trade Knowledge: Prior experience in SPT (Specialized Pet Trade) or ready to adapt SPT and GT (General Trade) is essential.
Team Leadership: Proven ability to handle a minimum team of at least 10 people.
Local Expertise: Strong knowledge and prior experience operating in the West Delhi market.

Distributor Handling: You will oversee and manage relationships with large distributors.
