We are hiring a result-oriented Area Sales Executive to develop and manage sales in the North Region for our crockery / tableware products. The role involves expanding dealer network, generating new business, and achieving sales targets.
Industry: Crockery / Tableware / Kitchenware
Base Location: Delhi NCR
Travel Area: North India (Delhi NCR, Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan, UP, Uttarakhand, Himachal)
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Incentives + TA/DA
Only same industry preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand dealer & distributor network in Delhi NCR.
- Generate business from retail shops, wholesalers, distributors.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Ensure product visibility & display at retail counters.
- Maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers.
- Conduct regular market visits for new client development.
- Monitor competitor activities & market trends.
- Ensure timely order collection & payment follow-up.
- Submit daily sales report (DSR).
Requirements
- Experience: 1–4 years in sales (preferably crockery, kitchenware, homeware, FMCG).
- Knowledge of Delhi NCR market.
- Good communication & convincing skills.
- Willing to travel locally.
- Graduate preferred.
