Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Executive, based in Agra. The Area Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth, fostering relationships with clients and stakeholders, and executing market-specific strategies. Daily tasks include prospecting new opportunities, negotiating deals, meeting sales targets, providing product knowledge, and collecting market insights to enhance strategies and performance. Regular coordination with other departments will ensure exceptional customer experiences and business success.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
- Strong Negotiation, Communication, and Interpersonal Skills
- Analytical skills, including Market Analysis and Data Interpretation
- Proven ability in developing and fostering Customer Relationships
- Goal-oriented mindset with expertise in Sales Strategy and Planning
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the cosmetics or beauty industry is a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and competitive environment
