About the job –AREA SALES EXECUTIVE (ASE)
Experience- 3 - 4 years
Location-NEW DELHI
Must have-
Experience in the Cosmetic & Personal Care category.
Experience in Sales and Channel Sales (Distributors Network).
Job Responsibility:-
- -Responsible for front line sales in - NEW DELHI
- -Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and drive Business growth in New Delhi.
- - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in NEW DELHI.
- - Build and maintain relationships with key clients and distributors.
- - Monitor market trends and customer feedback for improvement.
- - Conduct sales meetings, set targets, and provide feedback to the team.
- - Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.
- - Collaborate with the internal sales team and retailers for promotional activities.
- - Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
- - Stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences.
Requirements:
- - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- - 3-4 years of experience as Area Sales Executive / SR. Sales Officer or similar jobs.
- - Strong knowledge of all zonal markets of Delhi and distribution channels.
- - Excellent sale and marketing skills
- - Strong abilities of sales and target achievement.
- - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- - Good Relations with SS & Distributors in the state
