Key Responsibilities..
Sales Targets:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume and value targets.
Distribution Management:
Manage distributors to ensure optimal stock levels, efficient replenishment, and high service levels.
Market Reach:
Increase market share through new outlet acquisition (numeric distribution) and expansion.
Channel Partner Management:
Build strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors, ensuring smooth commercial operations.
Field Operations:
Conduct regular market visits to monitor product visibility, competitor activities, and merchandising..
Reporting:
Analyze sales data, track KPIs, and provide regular reports on market trends and competitor activity to the Area Sales Manager.
Qualifications and Skills
Education: Plus Two/Any Degree/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably 2-5 years in the FMCG sector.
Skills: Strong negotiation, team leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales tracking software/distribution management systems (DMS).
