We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Executive to drive B2B field sales of Hand Tools, PPE, and Industrial Products across Chennai.
This role is ideal for candidates with 1–3 years of field sales experience in industrial, engineering, or technical product segments who are looking to build a strong career in B2B sales.

Key ResponsibilitiesTerritory Sales Management
- Manage and develop assigned sales territory within Chennai
- Identify new business opportunities in industrial clusters
B2B Field Sales
- Visit factories, workshops, construction sites, and industrial clients
- Meet Purchase Managers, Safety Officers, Maintenance Heads, and Plant Teams
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
Business Development
- Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and references
- Develop new customers and expand existing accounts
- Promote full product range including hand tools and safety products
Sales Execution
- Prepare quotations and follow up for order closure
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Relationship Management
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships
- Ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
Market Intelligence
- Track competitor activities, pricing, and product demand
- Share insights with internal teams
Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years of B2B field sales experience
- Preferred experience in:
- Hand Tools / Hardware
- PPE / Safety Equipment
- Power Tools / Industrial Equipment
- Welding Products / Consumables
- Lubricants / Industrial Supplies
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Willing to travel extensively within Chennai
- Two-wheeler mandatory
Qualification
- Any Graduate
- Diploma / Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical) preferred
