Job Title: Area Sales Associate

Job Role
This role focuses on driving business growth by developing and managing a network of travel agents within the assigned region. You will act as the primary relationship manager, ensuring agent success, retention, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage a strong community of 100–200 travel agents
Educate agents products, services, and platform usage
Drive sales and increase business volume through agent network
Ensure high retention and engagement of agents
Handle agent queries, grievances, and escalations effectively
Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Product, Marketing) for smooth operations
Organize offline/online events, meetups, and engagement activities
Gather market feedback and contribute to process/product improvements
Candidate Requirements:
1–2 years of field sales experience in the travel industry (Mandatory)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships
Comfortable with extensive field travel in Delhi NCR
Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive approach
Prior experience in travel startups is a plus
Good understanding of the local market
