Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales and Service Manager based in Jodhpur. The primary responsibilities include managing sales operations, building and nurturing client relationships, preparing sales strategies, and ensuring excellent post-sales service. The candidate will oversee the assigned area, lead a sales team, track sales performance, and address customer concerns to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

- Customer Relationship Management and problem-solving skills to address client needs effectively.
- Team leadership and ability to mentor and manage sales representatives to achieve targets.
- Proficiency in analyzing market trends and reporting on sales activities.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills for fostering partnerships and closing deals.
- Adaptability, self-motivation, and proficiency with sales and CRM software are advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is an added advantage.
