Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Area Sales role based in Bengaluru. The professional in this position will be responsible for identifying and establishing strong business relationships with clients in the PPE and safety equipment sector. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, conducting market analysis, negotiating contracts, providing training to clients on product use, and delivering solutions tailored to customer needs. The role requires regular client interactions, reporting on sales performance, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet targets
- Effective Communication and Training capabilities to engage with clients and deliver product knowledge
- Solid Analytical Skills for market research and performance evaluation
- Experience in PPE, industrial safety equipment, or related industries is advantageous
- Proactive approach, self-motivation, and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
