Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for an Area Restaurant Manager at Primate Consulting Services. The role involves overseeing restaurant operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing food and beverage quality, and supervising team performance to meet company standards. Responsibilities include maintaining operational efficiency, hiring and training staff, monitoring financial targets, and implementing company policies. Additionally, fostering a positive dining experience for customers will be a key aspect of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a superior guest experience.
- A person should be able o manage multiple outlets based in Mumbai & Pune.
- Should be able to maintain the quality and manager the P&L
- Proficiency in team management, including Hiring and staff supervision.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively lead and manage a diverse team.
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including quality control standards.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
- Experience in multi-unit management or restaurant operations is highly desirable.
- Degree or equivalent experience in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
