Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Area Project Manager to oversee multiple construction projects within an assigned region. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure construction and will be responsible for project execution, quality control, client management, resource planning, and timely project delivery while ensuring compliance with safety and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee multiple construction projects across the assigned area.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per approved quality standards.
- Prepare project schedules, execution plans, and resource allocation plans.
- Monitor project progress and resolve site-related issues proactively.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Architects, Consultants, and Contractors.
- Review daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with engineering specifications, safety regulations, and company SOPs.
- Conduct regular site visits and performance reviews.
- Manage project budgets, cost control, and material utilization.
- Coordinate with the Procurement Department to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Work closely with the Accounts Department for billing, vendor payments, and project costing.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular project updates.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop project teams to achieve organizational objectives.
- Ensure proper documentation, quality audits, and project handover.

- Expertise in RCC, finishing works, MEP coordination, and civil execution.
