Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Area / Field Officer to oversee security operations across assigned sites in Gurgaon. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth site operations, manpower management, client coordination, and maintaining service quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily operations at assigned client sites.
- Ensure proper deployment, discipline, and attendance of security personnel.
- Conduct regular site visits and operational inspections.
- Coordinate with clients and address operational concerns promptly.
- Maintain service quality and ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
- Prepare and submit operational reports and updates to management.
- Monitor staff performance and provide operational support whenever required.
- Handle manpower planning, shift management, and emergency situations effectively.
- Ensure all security personnel follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
- Source manpower from networks
- Ensure timely deployment of workers at assigned sites
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience in security operations, field supervision, or manpower handling.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of site management and operational coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and teams efficiently.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Basic knowledge of reporting and documentation.
