Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Area Manager role located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Area Manager will oversee and manage security operations across multiple locations, ensuring the highest service standards. Responsibilities include supervising security personnel, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing schedules, liaising with clients, and addressing their security requirements. The Area Manager is also responsible for implementing company policies, training staff, and maintaining client satisfaction while achieving operational efficiency.
