Job Summary / Major Responsibilities
:
- Achievement of CASA and Total Deposit Targets of the branch on a monthly basis.
- Supervise and follow up on the daily monitoring routine of Branch Managers, including random calling of branches.
- Achievement of Total Deposit Targets for Areas on a monthly basis by meeting high net worth individuals and corporate customers, ensuring continuous relationship deepening exercises at branches with existing customers.
- Ensure constant relationship deepening and manage the portfolio.
- Constantly tap the target market and introduce the bank to potential customers.
- Achievement of Account Opening Targets of the branch.
- Meeting clients and maintaining follow-up records with potential customers.
- Develop strategies to achieve the allocated targets of the branch.
- Follow up with branch staff for the achievement of individual assigned targets.
- Ensure compliance with Operational Risk Management Policies & Procedures, extending full support to operational staff and adopting a problem-solving approach to achieving the branch’s operational goals.
- Improve Audit Categories by enhancing Branch Working and implementing Policies and Procedures of BOP under SBP guidelines.
- Rectify Audit irregularities to build an operational flow in the branch, minimizing chances of repetition of Audit irregularities in the future and closure of previous Audit Reports.
- Implement DCFC & RCSA, ensuring daily updates and consistent reviews.
- Ensure account openings are conducted prudently.
- Enhance Customer Service quality by continuously improving existing processes.
- Maintain efficiency in the branch by designing and implementing smooth workflows and improving QA Audit categories.
- Implement and monitor TAT of each transaction while assuring customer satisfaction.
- Promptly and effectively address customer complaints and inquiries.
- Ensure that the branch premises are kept clean and provide a conducive banking environment.
- Appraise branch staff monthly in terms of their potential and performance.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s or equivalent degree from an HEC recognized local/foreign university.
Experience: Minimum 07 to 09 years of banking experience. Preference will be given to candidates having 5 years of relevant experience.
Age: Up to 55 Years as of June 03, 2026.
