Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru for an Area Manager - Real Estate. The Area Manager will oversee day-to-day operations related to property transactions and client advisory. Responsibilities include managing leasing activities, supervising real estate operations, leading property management strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role will involve coordination with developers and internal teams to optimize property sales.
Qualifications
- Experience in Real Estate Sales
- Expertise in Lease Administration and managing lease-related activities
- Strong understanding of Leases and related real estate documentation processes
- Knowledge in Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate markets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
- Proven track record in driving sales and operational efficiency
