Role: Area Manager – HyderabadWe are looking for a highly driven Area Manager who can independently handle multiple store operations and build strong teams on ground.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end operations of 5–6 stores ensuring smooth daily functioning
- Set up and stabilize new store operations from hiring to launch
- Drive sales, profitability, and operational efficiency across stores
- Ensure strict SOP, hygiene, and quality compliance
- Handle staff hiring, training, and performance management
- Monitor key metrics like sales, AOV, wastage, and labour cost
- Conduct regular store audits and performance reviews
- Resolve operational challenges and improve store-level productivity
- Coordinate with Ops Head and report on store performance

What We’re Looking For- Strong experience in QSR / Food & Beverage industry (Mandatory)
- Proven ability in team setup, new store openings, and multi-store management
- Hands-on approach with strong ownership mindset
- Excellent people management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Language RequirementCandidate must be fluent in:
English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Tulu (multi-lingual candidates preferred)
