Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Key Account Manager for B2B sales in Plumbing Solutions . The Key Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term collaboration. Daily responsibilities include developing business plans for account growth, addressing client needs, providing excellent customer service, and driving revenue generation. The candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying client challenges, offering tailored solutions, and achieving sales objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to assess trends, opportunities, and client needs.
- Proven expertise in Account Management - Builders & Developers , Plumbing Contractors & Consultants and Key Accounts handling with a customer-focused approach.
- Experience in Business Planning and strategy development to achieve organizational and client goals.
- Excellent Customer Service skills with the ability to build and sustain strong and collaborative client relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in the plumbing, drainage, or water infrastructure industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- 7+ years' of relevant work experience in Building Material Industry in Bangalore( Plumbing, CP Fittings, Tiles, Cement & RMC etc. )
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
