About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and passionate Outreach & Marketing Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strengthening the institution's outreach, building relationships with schools and educational stakeholders, generating student leads, and supporting admission and brand-building initiatives.
Candidates with prior experience in the education sector, universities, colleges, schools, or ed-tech organizations will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute outreach and marketing strategies to achieve admission and enrolment targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, counsellors, coaching institutes, and other educational stakeholders.
- Conduct school visits, career counselling sessions, seminars, workshops, and student engagement activities.
- Generate and manage prospective student leads through various outreach and marketing channels.
- Coordinate with the Admissions and Marketing teams for effective lead conversion.
- Identify new outreach opportunities and establish institutional tie-ups and partnerships.
- Represent the University at education fairs, exhibitions, career fairs, and promotional events.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and student preferences.
- Prepare regular reports on outreach activities, lead generation, conversions, and campaign performance.
Desired Candidate Profile- Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Education, or a related field.
- Prior experience in education-sector marketing, admissions, outreach, student recruitment, or business development will be preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to build professional relationships with schools, students, parents, and education counsellors.
- Target-oriented with strong execution and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to travel for school visits, events, and outreach activities.
- Candidates with a proven track record in University/College/School admissions and student recruitment will be given preference.
