Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kottayam for an Area Manager - Operations. The Area Manager will oversee the daily operations of multiple store locations, ensuring efficiency and profitability. Responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, implementing operational standards, managing staff, and maintaining store compliance with company policies. Additionally, the Area Manager will play a crucial role in coordinating staff training and driving customer satisfaction across all stores within their area.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in operational management and retail store management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in budgeting, cost analysis, and sales performance monitoring
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze operational challenges and implement proactive solutions
- Experience in customer service and building client relationships
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
