We’re looking for a dynamic area manager to join our team and drive seamless execution across our partner schools in Hubbali and Belagavi regions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple sports education and high-performance projects.
• Coordinate with coaches, partner institutions, and internal teams to ensure smooth program delivery.
• Manage logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation across locations.
• Monitor program quality, reporting, and operational efficiency.
• Drive new business development in the region - schools, academies etc..
Who We’re Looking For:
• 3 to 6 years of experience in on-field operations (sports, education, or service industry preferred)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
• Passion for sports and youth development.
• Willingness to travel as required.
