Role Description:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Manager – Motor to drive business growth across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. The role involves managing Motor Insurance sales, expanding distribution channels, developing strategic partnerships, and leading regional sales teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive Motor Insurance business growth across the assigned territory.
• Develop and manage relationships with channel partners, clients, and insurance companies.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate sales teams to achieve business targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
• Monitor team performance and implement growth strategies.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business plans.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
• Strong knowledge of Motor Insurance products and market practices.
• Proven experience in insurance sales, business development, or territory management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to drive teams and achieve sales targets.
• Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Prior experience in General Insurance or Insurance Broking is preferred.
• Familiarity with the Telangana and Andhra Pradesh markets will be an added advantage.
