Job Overview:
The Area Manager – Gold Loan is responsible for driving business growth, managing branch operations, and overseeing gold loan portfolios across multiple locations in Delhi. The role involves achieving sales targets, ensuring compliance with company policies, and leading a team to deliver excellent customer service while maintaining asset quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the branches within the assigned area
- Drive gold loan disbursement targets and revenue growth
- Monitor branch performance and ensure achievement of KPIs
- Supervise loan processing, documentation and compliance
- Train, guide and motivate branch staff and sales teams
- Maintain high standards of customer service and relationship management
- Conduct regular audits and ensure adherence to company policies
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
