Duties And Responsibilities
- Managing sales of assigned location in Super Affluent vertical and achieving the productivity
- Products to be handled – Primarily FD and cross sell of Mutual Fund, PMS, Insurance
- Responsible to deliver the goals through Super Affluent segment
- To analyse business needs & competition data to identify trends & new opportunities;
- Drive Revenue and product per customer penetration
- Compliance with legal requirements, industry regulations, organizational policies and professional code of conduct
- High energy levels, self-motivated and a Go getter.
Required Qualifications And Experience
- MBA/PGDM or Equivalent
- 3-6 years of total experience in relevant segment
- Preferred from BFSI / Branch banking / Priority Banking in relationship management role
- Should have experience in handling HNI relationships and worked at “direct to customer” role
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Should have meticulous approach to relationship management
- Well Aware of catchment
- Must Have own Conveyance
