🚀 We’re Hiring: Area / City Managers – Uncle Peter’s Pancakes 🥞
We’re expanding and looking for dynamic Area/City Managers to join our team in Hyderabad, Delhi & Kolkata.
đź’Ľ Role: Area Manager / City Manager
đź’° CTC: Up to â‚ą5 LPA
⚡ Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing multiple outlets (FOCO, COCO, FOFO)
- Resolving on-ground operational issues
- Driving sales growth & performance
- Handling inventory & reducing wastage
- Conducting audits & maintaining hygiene standards
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day outlet operations
Who we’re looking for:
- 2–3 years experience in QSR / F&B industry
- Hands-on, execution-focused professionals
- Comfortable with daily outlet visits & city travel
- Strong problem-solving & team coordination skills
