Role Description
We are looking for a full‑time Area Manager to join our team in Bengaluru/Hyderabad. This is a hybrid role (remote + on‑site).
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Planning area‑wise team building and growth strategies for each assigned zone
- Developing customer acquisition strategies to expand our client base -
- Managing the activities of multiple ground‑level teams
- Building a strong customer presence in your assigned areas
- Monitoring and controlling the quality of work delivered to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
- Leading your own team to execute on‑site work at customer locations
- Working under pressure to meet targets and deadlines.
Work Details
Work hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (6 days a week, with Saturday and Sunday as mandatory working days)
Work mode: Hybrid (remote + on‑site)
Cab facility: Not available (own transport required)
Qualifications
- A degree is mandatory
- Must have minimum 1 year and maximum 2 years of work experience as an Area Manager or in a related role (candidates with more than 2 years of experience will not be considered)
- Fluency in English and Hindi is a must (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with multiple teams
- Experience in logistics, home services, or on‑demand service platforms is a plus
- Ability to build and lead a ground‑level team to work at customer locations
- Strong quality control mindset to deliver high customer satisfaction
- Ability to work well under stress
- Own vehicle required (since no cab facility and role involves frequent travel within assigned areas)
- Knowledge of Kannada or local language(Telugu) is a plus (for smoother team and customer interactions).
