Role Description
This full-time, on-site role based in Ernakulam is for an Area Manager. The Area Manager will oversee sales operations, manage relationships with channel partners and dealers, and ensure achievement of sales targets within the assigned region. Responsibilities include planning and executing sales strategies, monitoring team performance, conducting market analysis, and identifying new business opportunities. The role requires maintaining strong customer and dealer relationships, ensuring proper inventory management, and reporting on sales and market dynamics to drive region-wide growth.
Qualifications
- Proficient in sales management, channel development, and target achievement
- Strong business analysis, customer relationship management (CRM), and dealer handling skills
- Experience in inventory management, market research, and strategic planning
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities
- Proven track record in handling on-site teams and achieving sales growth
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Familiarity with the automotive tyre industry is an advantage
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region
