Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru South for an Area Manager. The Area Manager will oversee and manage sales performance within the assigned region, ensuring targets are met or exceeded. Responsibilities include leading and motivating a team of professionals, maintaining strong relations with developers and clients, generating sales reports, ensuring timely closures of deals, and facilitating superior customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Experience in team leadership and performance management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client relations and team interaction
- Sales expertise and the ability to meet and exceed targets
- Problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of the real estate market in Bengaluru is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
