🚨 We’re Hiring: Assistant / Area Manager – Retail Operations

📍 Location: Ahmedabad-(WFO)

📊 Department: Operations (NCS & Wholesale)

Are you a results-driven retail professional with strong experience in managing multiple stores and driving sales growth? We’re looking for an Area Manager to lead business operations across Gujarat, MP & CG and drive performance excellence.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Drive and execute the annual business plan for the region
• Ensure sales productivity at point of sale (POS)
• Manage and lead a team of 100+ members
• Oversee SIS, MBOs, wholesale & distribution channels
• Set up new outlets and manage stock planning
• Analyze sales trends, competition & retail metrics
• Train and develop sales teams for higher productivity
• Build and maintain strong partner relationships
• Review reports and drive data-backed decision making

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in retail sales & multi-store management
• Strong exposure to SIS, MBOs, distribution & wholesale channels
• Preferably from apparel retail industry
• Proven experience in team leadership & performance management
• Strong analytical, negotiation & problem-solving skills
• Hands-on with MS Excel, Word & Outlook
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
