Maintain and expand the sales team for technical service personnel in the assigned region. Maintain and expand the distribution network of the organisation for all products / solutions / services offered by the company in the assigned region.Develop new channels of sales to enhance cash flow. Strategise and implement sales enhancement schemes. Assist the team members in the assigned area for order closure, conducting trials, conducting seminars etc. sales promotional activities.Maintain key ratios within acceptable parameters for all personnel in the Technical Services department.Appraise Management on various developments, trends, threats, opportunities from time to time.Comply with the reporting system of the organisation.
