We are looking for an Area Manager to ensure smooth and efficient exchange operations that enhance customer experience and support new car sales growth. The role focuses on strengthening dealer performance, improving digital evaluations and auction outcomes, driving warranty and finance adoption, and promoting scrappage benefits

Description

• Exchange Operations: Ensure smooth exchange processes to enhance customer experience and achieve targets.
• Dealer Performance: Review dealer performance and support improvements in enquiries, evaluations, and conversions.
• Warranty Promotion: Educate customers and dealers on warranties to boost acceptance and penetration.
• Finance Adoption: Drive dealer adoption of Auto Finance services and coordinate with Auto-Fin team for smooth loan processing.

Experience & Education

• Graduate/Postgraduate degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the automobile industry and dealership management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-centric approach with focus on dealer and end-user experience.
• Skilled in analyzing dealer performance, auction outcomes, and market trends to drive improvements.
