Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Area Manager. The Area Manager will oversee regional operations, manage daily logistics, and ensure smooth execution across multiple supply chain segments, including first, middle, and last-mile services. Key responsibilities include supervising teams, managing operational centers, ensuring service quality, optimizing processes, and handling client relationships. Additionally, the Area Manager will analyze performance metrics, implement improvement strategies, and ensure compliance with company standards.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills
- Expertise in logistics and supply chain operations, including first, middle, and last-mile delivery
- Proficiency with operational tools, reporting systems, and performance metrics analysis
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking capabilities
- Effective communication and relationship management skills
- Knowledge of technology-driven logistics tools, geo-tracking systems, and optimization processes
- Prior experience managing multiple locations and teams in the logistics or operations domain
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, remote work environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; MBA is a +
