Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Manager based in Chennai. The Area Manager will oversee daily operations across multiple salon and spa locations, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality services and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include team management, implementing operational strategies, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with brand standards. Additionally, the role entails collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive employee development and achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in team leadership, operational coordination, and staff management
- Strong skills in financial oversight, budgeting, and performance analysis to drive profitable growth
- Proficiency in customer service, quality assurance, and client relationship management
- Experience in the beauty or hospitality industry and knowledge of salon/spa operations is a strong plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on-site and address operational challenges quickly and effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field is preferred
