Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Manager based in Alwar. The Area Manager will oversee daily operations and lead teams to achieve business objectives within the assigned geographical area. Responsibilities include managing branch operations, ensuring adherence to company policies, driving business growth, monitoring loan disbursements and repayments, and fostering relationships with clients. The role also entails recruiting, training, and mentoring employees, along with ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to inspire and guide teams.
- Expertise in operations management and a strong understanding of branch-level processes.
- Proficiency in sales strategies, business development, and achieving targets.
- Knowledge of financial products, particularly in microfinance, and loan management skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to address challenges and optimize processes.
- Familiarity with local market trends in rural or semi-urban areas is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is advantageous).
