Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nashik for an Area Manager. The Area Manager will oversee regional operations, manage and lead business development efforts, and ensure the achievement of sales targets. Responsibilities include managing dealer networks, developing and implementing sales strategies, building relationships with stakeholders, and monitoring market trends to drive growth. Additionally, they will ensure quality customer service and support to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, with experience in managing dealer networks and achieving sales targets.
- Proficient in market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal abilities.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with agricultural equipment and the farming sector is highly advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to Nashik and work in an on-site capacity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Marketing, or a related field.
