Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Manager located in Patna. The Area Manager will oversee sales operations in the designated area, manage and guide sales teams, and ensure the achievement of business objectives. Responsibilities include planning and executing sales strategies, monitoring team performance, driving channel growth, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. The role also encompasses addressing operational challenges to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
