Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Area Manager. The Area Manager will oversee daily operations, manage multiple outlets, ensure smooth execution of business processes, and maintain high standards of food quality and customer service. They will work closely with team members to achieve sales targets, develop staff, optimize operational efficiency, and ensure adherence to corporate policies and objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to supervise and motivate staff to achieve targets
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities suitable for handling multiple outlets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for maintaining customer satisfaction and managing relationships
- Ability to analyze performance metrics, optimize inventory, and manage budgets effectively
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or related industries is highly desired
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment and willingness to travel locally
- Knowledge of health and safety standards applicable to food service operations
