Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic and business-driven Area Manager for Bengaluru. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role responsible for managing multiple outlets, driving business performance, and ensuring operational excellence.
The Area Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing 3 or more outlets and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Driving sales, profitability, and operational efficiency across assigned stores
- Owning and managing P&L performance and business KPIs
- Leading, coaching, and developing outlet leadership teams
- Monitoring guest satisfaction, service standards, and brand consistency
- Analyzing market trends and identifying growth opportunities
- Ensuring adherence to SOPs, compliance, and company policies
- Building high-performing teams with strong accountability and ownership
Additionally, the role requires strong exposure to excise and beverage operations, including:
- Understanding of local excise regulations and compliance
- Liquor ordering and vendor coordination
- Inventory management and stock controls
- License documentation and regulatory coordination
We’re looking for professionals who have:
Proven experience in multi-unit restaurant/pub/brewery operations
Strong knowledge of P&L management and commercial decision-making
Excellent leadership, team development, and performance management skills
Strong guest relationship and operational excellence mindset
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
Strong planning, execution, and decision-making skills
Experience using business systems, reporting tools, and operational software
Good understanding of Bengaluru market dynamics and hospitality trends
Understanding of local excise regulations and compliance
Preferred Background
Candidates from Pubs, Breweries, Bars, lounges, or Alcohol-led Hospitality Concepts will be highly preferred.
