Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Manager in Kanayannur. The Area Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team to achieve business targets, driving sales performance, and building strong relationships with clients and distribution partners. They will ensure compliance with company policies, oversee operations in their area, and implement strategies for growth and profitability. Frequent collaboration with internal and external stakeholders will be a vital part of this role.

- Strong understanding of Financial Services, Insurance Products, and Market Analysis
- Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Decision-making, Problem-solving, and Strategic Planning Competencies
- Proficiency in using digital tools and technology to support daily operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
- 3-5 years of experience in sales and leadership, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry
- Knowledge of the local market and industry trends in Kanayannur is highly desirable
