Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Area Manager to oversee and drive the performance of our operations in Agra in an on-site, full-time capacity. The role involves managing sales representatives, ensuring team targets are met, and driving market share growth for the assigned region. The Area Manager will strategize, implement sales plans, monitor market trends, and foster strong relationships with healthcare professionals. Additionally, the manager will provide continuous training and support to the team, ensuring compliance with company processes and standards.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field
- Willingness to be based in and work on-site in Agra
