Role Description
The Area Manager – Operations will be responsible for managing regional operations, achieving sales targets, developing dealer networks, executing marketing campaigns, and supervising field teams related to fertilizers, pesticides, and contract farming programs. The role requires strong operational leadership, market knowledge, and relationship management with dealers and farmers.

Qualifications:
· Achieve regional sales targets for fertilizers, pesticides, and contract farming products/services.
· Develop and strengthen dealer and distributor networks within the assigned territory.
· Manage and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and farmer groups.
· Experience in drone sprying and mapping is preffered.
· Supervise and guide field officers, agronomists, and sales executives to ensure effective operations.
· Coordinate and implement contract farming programs with farmers and partner organizations.
· Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Rural Management, or related field.
· 3–5 years of experience in fertilizers, pesticides, Agri-inputs, or contract farming operations.
· Proven experience in regional sales management and dealer network development.
· Experience in planning and executing regional marketing campaigns and farmer engagement programs
