Netapsis helps students access recognized admissions in government universities and offers apprenticeship programs through partnerships with over 3,980 industry collaborators. The organization aims to make professional education accessible by offering scholarships, stipends, and job placements for Indian students from Class 8 through Ph.D., with a mission to educate and employ 5 million youth through Apprenticeship Degree Programs in the next five years.
Role Description
This is a full-time and remote Area Manager role focused on Admission Sales and Student Enrollment across Pan India. The Area Manager will lead efforts to promote the NETAPS Scholarship Scheme, manage student enrollments from economically weaker sections, and build relationships with educational institutions and industry partners. Responsibilities include organizing awareness programs, meeting enrollment targets, collaborating with stakeholders, maintaining records, and overseeing regional admission teams to ensure success of the admission sales strategy.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Pipeline Management
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and lead generation strategies
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to conduct market research, identify opportunities, and formulate strategic plans
- Experience in managing regional teams and working with cross-functional teams
- Understanding of the educational and apprenticeship ecosystem in India
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working in a remote environment
- Graduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Prior experience in social enterprises, NGOs, or education consultancy is an advantage
