Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Manager – On Trade to lead our expansion across Delhi & Gurgaon. This role is critical in building our presence within the on-trade ecosystem by driving premium outlet placements, strengthening brand visibility, and delivering sustained volume growth.
The ideal candidate is a strong relationship builder, a hustler with execution excellence, and someone who understands the nuances of the on-trade business in a competitive market like NCR.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Expansion
Identify and onboard new on-trade accounts across mid-tier restaurants, bars, QSRs, and key outlets
Drive strategic placements in high-potential and premium outlets
Expand distribution footprint
Sales & Revenue Delivery
Own and deliver monthly sales targets (volume and revenue)
Drive billing through strong outlet engagement and consistent follow-ups
Ensure sustained offtake and repeat business from existing accounts
Brand Visibility & Activations
Secure menu listings and ensure strong brand visibility within outlets
Plan and execute on-ground activations, promotions, and brand-led experiences
Collaborate with outlets to drive consumer engagement and trial
Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with outlet owners, managers, and bartenders
Leverage existing network to accelerate brand placements and growth
Act as the face of the brand within the on-trade ecosystem
Market Intelligence
Track competition, pricing, and outlet trends
Provide insights to strengthen brand strategy and execution in the market
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Monthly sales volume and revenue achievement
Number of new outlets onboarded
Menu listings secured
Activations executed and impact delivered
Depth of engagement with key accounts
Candidate Profile
Experience
Renumeration : 60-80K/per month
6–10 years of relevant experience in On-Trade / Alcobev / HoReCa sales
Strong existing relationships within on-trade ecosystem (must-have)
Proven track record of driving outlet expansion and revenue growth
Skills & Attributes
Strong negotiation and influencing skills
Street-smart, proactive, and execution-focused
Excellent relationship-building capability
High ownership and target-driven mindset
Understanding of premium brand positioning and consumer experience
