We’re Hiring: Area Manager – Café Operations

excellence, team development, and business growth across multiple café locations.
About the RoleAs an Area Manager, you will oversee the performance, operations, and profitability of multiple café outlets within your region. You’ll lead and mentor Store Managers, ensure high-quality customer experiences, and drive sales while maintaining operational and quality standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Excellence
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple café locations
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure consistency and high standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company policies
- Resolve operational challenges related to staffing, service, and equipment
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and support Store Managers
- Drive hiring, training, and performance management initiatives
- Build a strong leadership pipeline across stores
- Conduct regular reviews and coaching sessions
Sales & Profitability
- Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
- Analyze performance trends and implement improvement strategies
- Optimize cost control across labor, inventory, and operations
- Collaborate on pricing, promotions, and store-level strategies
Customer Experience
- Ensure exceptional service and product quality across all locations
- Handle escalated customer concerns effectively
- Use feedback insights to continuously improve experience
Inventory & Supply Chain
- Maintain optimal stock levels and reduce wastage
- Coordinate with vendors and streamline supply processes
- Monitor inventory performance across stores
Financial Management & Reporting
- Analyze sales, expenses, and operational reports
- Manage budgets and ensure financial compliance
- Present performance insights and action plans to leadership
Marketing & Community Engagement
- Support local marketing initiatives and brand visibility
- Align stores with ongoing campaigns and promotions
- Build strong community and partnership networks
Compliance & Quality Control
- Conduct audits to maintain quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Ensure all stores meet legal and regulatory requirements
What We’re Looking For- Proven experience as an Area/District Manager in F&B, QSR, or retail
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to analyze data, manage budgets, and drive business growth
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Strong operational knowledge and customer-focused mindset
Preferred Skills- Experience in the coffee or café industry
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory tools, and reporting platforms
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Work Schedule- Full-time role with flexibility
- Requires travel between locations, including weekends and holidays
